REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return anything for whatever reason please call VMS on 0128 081 1005. All returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
Subject as below, any dates quoted by the Seller for the delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract unless otherwise previously agreed in writing by the Seller.
Where Goods are to be delivered in instalments each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and default of delivery of or any claim by the buyer in respect of any other instalment shall not entitle the buyer to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated. GOODS MUST BE TESTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING SIGNED FOR AND ANY FAULTS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE RESULTED FROM POOR HANDLING BY THE COURIER MUST BE REPORTED BY PHONE AND EMAIL TO 0128 081 1005 AND info@rabbitraders.co.uk
No goods returned by the Buyer to the Seller will be accepted unless the Buyer has applied for and obtained a returns number from the Seller. Where Goods are returned by the Buyer to the Seller it shall be the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to ensure compliance with any legislation or regulation relating to the handling and control of hazardous materials as may be in force from time to time.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and safe return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds take up to 14 days to be processed.
All returned goods will be tested and checked before refunds are given. Bishopsound cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return and refund may be refused if the item is not packaged correctly. All returns must be packed in their original boxes
Please note should it be necessary to refund part or all the order we reserve the right to withhold any transaction fees incurred with the initial payment.
All deliveries must be signed for by the buyer at the time of delivery or no goods will be left. If there is evidence of the damage the word DAMAGED must be written clearly next to the signature. A photograph of damage must be taken and submitted with any claim for damage. All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery. All claims must be submitted as soon as the delivery arrives or within 12 hours of the delivery driver leaving the customers’ premises.
